The MFSA is comprised of the Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC) which regulates the investment industry, the Real Estate division which regulates the Real Estate Industry and the Financial Institutions Regulation Branch (FIRB) which regulates credit unions, insurance, co-ops, and trust companies.
